• 14-Day Buyer Protection: If you purchase a premium template and encounter a verifiable technical bug or defect that our engineering team cannot resolve within 5 business days, you are eligible for a 100% full refund through Lemon Squeezy.
• Dedicated Technical Support: Before requesting a refund, our engineering support team will assist you with environment setup, dependency resolution, or configuration inquiries.

2. Custom Client Engineering Services

For custom 3D web development, mobile applications, and enterprise SaaS builds:

• •Work is executed and invoiced according to agreed milestones and discovery roadmaps.
• •Once a milestone deliverable is approved and signed off by the client, milestone payments for completed engineering work are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund
