1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AI SiteFlow ("aisiteflow.agency"), acquiring free or premium digital templates, or commissioning custom web and software engineering services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or download our code assets.

2. Template Licensing & Usage Rights

When you download or purchase a template (such as DevCard or our upcoming UI kits) from AI SiteFlow:

• •Permitted Commercial Use: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the codebase to build unlimited personal websites, client production projects, SaaS products, or commercial applications.
• •Strict Anti-Resale Restriction: You may NOT re-sell, redistribute, sub-license, repackage, or publish raw template source code repositories as standalone downloadable products or templates on marketplaces (e.g., ThemeForest, Gumroad, GitHub public forks without alteration).

3. Lifetime Access & Continuous Free Updates

All template purchases include lifetime access to the code repository and free access to future compatibility releases (e.g., Next.js core updates, security patches, and library modernization) delivered via your registered order email.

4. Digital Product Refund Policy (Lemon Squeezy)

Digital payments on AI SiteFlow are securely processed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Due to the irrevocable nature of downloadable digital source code, purchases are governed under standard digital asset policies. If you experience technical defects that our support team cannot resolve, buyer protection refunds are honored via Lemon Squeezy within 14 days of purchase. 5. Custom Engineering Services & Intellectual Property

For bespoke consulting and client engineering contracts, full proprietary source code and intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon final milestone payment and project completion.
